Craig Ballantyne’s Turbulence Training workout has gathered a lot of momentum in recent months, so we decided it was necessary to include it as part of our series on weight loss reviews.
What is Turbulence Training?
Turbulence training is a fitness orientated all over body fat burning program; the goal is to get you in peak physical condition by training correctly rather than conventionally. The system recognises that an all over body fat reduction approach has to be taken to get the fat off your belly: nobody has fat arms and a flat stomach, it just doesn’t happen! The program involves intense training, so you don’t have to worry about long, boring cardiovascular endurance work. As such, you’re only required to undergo the Turbulence Training workout 3 times per week, with each session lasting about 45 minutes. Approaches to building muscle with no weights are included. A free sample of the program is offered at the Turbulence Training site, Click HERE to go there now.
Does Turbulence Training work ?
Naturally, we put the program to the test. Given the nature of Craig’s claims, we decided to try the program without making any other changes to our diets or routines to see what results we’d get using Turbulence Training without altering any other variables. Four of our staff tried the program for three weeks, and the average weight loss was 3.6lbs per person, per week. On this basis, we conclude that this is a legitimate program written by a genuine expert in the field of weight loss exercise; having tested a large number of weight loss programs available, we were honestly stunned at some of the weigh-ins we had during the testing of this program. Reducing caloric intake will simply yield faster results than what we experienced, that’s simple science.
Should I purchase this system?
The author of Turbulence Training, Craig Ballantyne, is a genuine expert in the fitness and weight loss field, so it’s no surprise that he’s been featured in both Men’s Health and Men’s Fitness magazines. His program is a very ‘real’ approach to fat loss, and as such it requires discipline to put it into action. If you have the discipline required you can expect to get impressive results from Turbulence Training which you’re sure to be satisfied with. Craig even provides a free report on the dangers of traditional ‘cardio’, which is something you should definitely read. You can visit Turbulence Training by clicking HERE.
