What’s Stay Forever Thin All About?
Dr Pendleton’s New Science of Weight Loss is apparently the result of recent studies which haven’t yet reverberated into the wider medical field. I’ve come across all kinds of ideas regarding weight loss over the years. Some I’ve agreed with, others I haven’t. There’s a lot of disagreement about the subject of losing weight, and that’s something which I fully expect to continue for a long time to come. All I needed to ask myself while going through the Stay Forever Thin eBook was “how valid are the principles being presented by Dr Pendleton?”. Do they make sense? Do they ring true with everything I’ve learnt over the years of being a health and fitness enthusiast, and with what I’ve seen and experienced myself?
To put matters simply in this context, my conclusion is yes, the core principles are valid given my personal experience. It goes without saying that any system which doesn’t have the fundamentals in place will effectively be worthless. The case being established in favor of Stay Forever Thin, it remains to ask what it has to offer which distinguishes it from the hundreds of other weight loss programs out there?
What Dr Pendleton teaches places a greater focus on the psychological factors that influence weight loss success much more than most other weight loss solutions do. The underlying principles of losing weight are exactly the same as you’ll hear anywhere else, the difference with the Stay Forever Thin system is that your psychological needs as a human being are taken into consideration in a way which facilitates results and maintenance of those results.
So what is the underlying principle I just alluded to? It’s simple: creating a calorie deficit in your body causes fat burning to occur. You probably already knew that. In fact, pretty much everyone who wants to lose weight is aware of that fact, yet mere awareness clearly doesn’t lead to results. Dr Pendleton’s work, as is apparent to me, is about overcoming this problem by teaching people how to achieve systematic calorie reduction in a manageable and sustainable way. Okay, I know that was a mouthful!
There’s no question about it, if you want to lose fat you need to create a calorie deficit one way or another. It could be through consuming less calories, or by using more calories through exercise, or of course a combination of the two. The Stay Forever Thin program shows you how to restrict your calorie intake to create a large deficit without having to go hungry or give up your favourite foods, that’s the heart of the system. As you never feel deprived you never really feel that you’re on a diet, or that you’re taking any special measures to facilitate weight loss. The result is that you’re happy to continue what you’re doing indefinitely, and maintaining your new weight is much more achievable than if you had to ‘come off’ a diet and go back to ‘normal’ eating.
This effectively means that you can lose weight quickly without exercise. Having said that, you will of course achieve faster results if you do exercise, and you should be exercising regularly anyway as part of a healthy lifestyle. The emphasis in Stay Forever Thin is firmly on caloric intake and not on exercise, though I can’t help but recommend you engage in regular exercise if you decide to use the Stay Forever Thin program.
The Stay Forever Thin Weight Loss Supplement
You’re probably aware the Stay Forever Thin program involves the use of a weight loss supplement formulated by Dr. Pendleton.
While many of the ideas presented in the eBook appear to be unique to Dr. Pendleton, the ingredients in his supplement are widely used in the weight loss field. There’s certainly nothing harmful here, we’re not talking about the kind of aggressive fat-burners which try to ‘force’ the weight off your body. Rather, these ingredients are known to facilitate weight loss in a natural way. They’re not essential, the idea is just to speed things up as much as possible.
Who is Stay Forever Thin For?
Stay Forever Thin seems to be aimed at those who want to lose weight quickly first and foremost.
If you’re already on a weight loss program and you’re happy with the rate you’re losing weight at then you don’t need Stay Forever Thin. Just keep doing what you’re doing. Keeping the weight off is essentially a matter of common sense and discipline, it’s certainly something you can achieve without the techniques taught in Stay Forever Thin.
If on the other hand you’re not happy with your current rate of weight loss, or if you’re having trouble getting started losing weight, Stay Forever Thin is an excellent program. Just follow the instructions, put a little effort in, and you’ll get results.
